So our power went out last night around 7 pm. It was boring. It stayed off till about 10:30. Because of this 3 and a half hours of boringness, Bryan decided we must buy every USB device off of ThinkGeek.com so we don't ever have to live without things like....a one can refrigerator. A pet rock. Christmas lights. An aquarium. Drum Kit. Guided missile launcher. Maybe some useful items like a lamp. Or a USB extension cord.
We got a 24 pack of tea lights from Ikea and Bryan went a little crazy with them. He spread them out between the sink (he was excited they floated), our bedroom, and the kitchen counter. Then he had a surprisingly good idea to put the mirror behind a 100 hour lamp we have to put more light in the living room. The last picture is him with his mini blow torch he got for Christmas. We ate dinner kind of early, so around 9:30 we started getting hungry but didn't want to open the fridge. We have some nacho cheese dip, but it tastes better warmed up, so he wanted to go fire up the grill and heat up the cheese. I said no. Fortunately we had internet on Bryan's phone, so we didn't feel completely cut off from the rest of the world.
