We made lots of plans for the last couple of weeks of summer. There were a lot of things Jacob wanted to do before school started - zoo, Thanksgiving Point a few times, playgrounds, camping, shaved ice....
This was the zoo. The kids got their faces painted.
The farm at Thanksgiving Point. Noah is saying, "Nice to meet you, COW!"
Dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point. They have a movie about robots right now and this big poster to advertise it. The kids almost knocked it over while they were standing in front of it, which would have been embarrassing.
We went up the canyon for dinner. We went to the same place we went last year and the kids loved climbing up the dirt path to "Wolf Rock", where they pretend to be wolves and howl to the sun.
The last few weeks of summer were pretty awesome and got us all ready for school.
